IT PMO Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Southeast Asia Consulting is looking for an IT PMO Senior Associate to lead and support digital, cloud and data technology projects. The role involves maintaining governance standards, tracking progress and ensuring delivery quality across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project governance standards, templates, reports and documentation.
• Track and monitor project status, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to meet delivery milestones and quality requirements.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Contribute to financial updates, including budget tracking, forecasting and resource planning.
• Provide coordination support during workshops, sprint planning, project meetings and other delivery activities.
• Communicate project updates and escalations to stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in project management for technology projects or IT audit.
• Prior experience working in a consulting firm.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage timelines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Preferred certifications (optional): PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISA or cloud certifications.
