IT Project Manager (1-year contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to high‑complexity, cross‑functional projects within a banking environment. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term role focused on delivering digital banking initiatives and ensuring project stability and alignment with stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project‑oriented work efforts.
• Assemble project plans, assign teamwork tasks, and monitor daily work progress.
• Track key milestones, adjust plans as needed, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate communication across all enterprise areas impacting scope, risks, and resources.
• Manage one or more cross‑functional projects of medium to high complexity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience in a banking environment, including at least 3 years managing large cross‑functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking functionality and processes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
