IT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects at Marina Bay Sands. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan projects, gather requirements and develop detailed project plans and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders, including internal teams and third‑party agencies.
• Oversee implementation of information systems, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide project strategy proposals, define tasks and deliverables, and conduct quality control and risk analysis.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, costs, timelines and resources, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex projects.
• Hands‑on experience across the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMP.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes (RUP, Agile) and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
