IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for government and private clients in Singapore. This contract position requires strong planning, risk management and stakeholder communication to ensure projects meet scope, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource schedules and align them with client objectives.
• Monitor project progress, financials, operational efficiency and documentation compliance.
• Implement risk management and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all implementation phases, maintaining oversight to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft solution proposals and showcase capabilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• PMP or CITPM certification (mandatory).
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years on government projects and 3 years in IT project management.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong customer focus.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms, specifically OpenText and EMC Documentum.
