IT Support, Data & Analytics Associate (1 Year Contract)

About the role

EY DnA, the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, is looking for an Associate in its Singapore office. The role sits in the DnA team and is offered on a fixed-term contract of 3 months, with renewal subject to project requirements. It covers day-to-day IT support for systems and batch jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support through daily system and batch monitoring
• Keep all required systems services up and running
• Activate batch jobs and ensure they run successfully
• Perform basic system diagnostics, troubleshooting and escalate issues promptly
• Follow the provided 24x7 shift schedule, including night shifts for production support
• Escalate problems to leads and report batch status regularly and daily

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
• Ability to commit to a 3-month contract, with renewal depending on project needs
• Comfortable with shift work, including night shifts
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Dashboarding with Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage
