About the role

The IT Support Engineer will provide application support and testing for internal users across Singapore. You will resolve incidents, create test cases, and collaborate with developers to ensure smooth system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

Provide level‑2 application support, responding to tickets via email and phone within SLA.
Track and follow up on support cases using incident tracking software until closure.
Create and execute test cases for bug fixes and system enhancements.
Liaise with developers and end‑users during testing to verify that all scenarios pass.
Perform additional administration and operational tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in an IT‑related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in software testing or applications technical support.
Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
Self‑driven attitude with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot.
