IT Support Engineer – Incident Management & Asset Services

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will be based at Satair and will provide technical assistance to internal and external users. The role covers incident handling, service request fulfillment, and the maintenance of IT assets across local and global environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support local and global IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive and coordinate major incidents, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Assist Infrastructure & Operations teams with hands‑on tasks.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and peripherals.
• Manage equipment RFQs, procurement, inventory and asset registers.
• Handle identity and access management (IAM) activities with care.
• Create and share knowledge articles for the support community.
• Provide user training on IT tools, devices and services.
• Monitor automatic jobs, hardware interfaces and software licensing compliance.
• Participate in 24/7 support rotation and lead at least one project or initiative.

Required profile

• Experience handling complex IT issues and guiding junior support staff.
• Ability to maintain a stable, secure PC environment for users.
• Strong attention to detail for asset and inventory management.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous service‑delivery improvement.
