IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide both on‑site and remote technical assistance to end‑users. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software and network issues while ensuring high user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote support for end‑users, handling incident diagnosis and resolution.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems, including hardware, operating systems, applications and network components.
• Configure and administer Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune and SharePoint, including patching and file‑server management.
• Manage IT assets and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune and SharePoint.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a systems integration environment; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with both internal and external customers.
• Preferably holds an ITIL certification.
