IT Support Engineer

About the role

The IT Support Engineer (EUC) provides end‑user IT support across the Singapore office and project sites. The role focuses on desktop support, device lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and site IT coordination to ensure reliable and secure IT services for business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 onsite and remote support for hardware, software, network, printing, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests via a ticketing system while meeting SLA targets.
• Support meeting‑room AV, video‑conferencing and interactive panels as needed.
• Prepare, configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding activities, including account setup, device issuance and access removal.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, transfers and warranty claims.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, email accounts and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with endpoint security tools, patching and compliance requirements.
• Act as the IT point‑of‑contact for project sites, coordinating network readiness, device setup and vendor liaison.
• Document IT procedures, maintain asset records and ensure compliance with security and PDPA policies.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end‑user or desktop support, preferably in a large‑scale or construction environment.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple worksites when required.
