IT Support Engineer – Part‑time Hybrid (Singapore)

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position is based in Singapore and offers flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. You will provide technical support to end‑users, diagnose and resolve IT‑related issues, and help maintain a reliable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and help‑desk assistance to end‑users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Monitor and manage system performance and reliability.
• Assist with the administration of IT infrastructure.
• Handle help‑desk queries, document resolutions, and ensure knowledge base updates.

Required profile

• Proficiency in technical support and help‑desk functions.
• Strong understanding of information technology and system administration.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems (advantageous).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, ITIL) and work experience are a plus.
