IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dependable IT Support Specialist to own and manage the end‑to‑end technology environment for our Singapore office. This permanent, 100% onsite position offers autonomy, long‑term stability, and close collaboration with a regional tech team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 20 attorneys and support staff, handling day‑to‑day troubleshooting and high‑level technical issues.
• Install, configure, image, and repair laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network interfaces.
• Maintain the data‑room/closet components and local infrastructure.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio‑visual equipment for internal and external meetings.
• Manage hardware deployments, tech allowances, user access moves/adds/changes, and deliver basic induction training.
• Coordinate with the regional tech manager in Hong Kong and the analyst in Tokyo to ensure alignment with global standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with international partners, attorneys, and regional colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of a local IT ecosystem.
