IT Support & Tech Specialist

About the role

Temus is looking for a motivated IT Support & Tech Specialist to maintain and enhance its cloud environments and user devices. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to a diverse user base while ensuring systems run smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with minimal escalation.
• Monitor system performance and uphold agreed‑upon service levels.
• Manage hardware and software patching, including Microsoft Intune deployments.
• Follow security protocols to protect network and computer systems.
• Assist with onboarding, guiding users on new software and equipment.
• Take on additional IT‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT or technical support.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Strong understanding of networking, systems, security, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and stay adaptable.
