IT System Administrator – ERP & WooCommerce Focus

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT System Administrator to maintain our IT infrastructure, support employees, and ensure secure, reliable operations. You will work closely with internal teams to manage system integrations, especially between our ERP (Synergix) and WooCommerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement IT security best practices and lead security training for staff.
• Assist with ERP (Synergix) setup, user management, and ongoing support.
• Maintain WooCommerce backend, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity with the ERP system.
• Manage and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and network components.
• Develop and maintain data backup, storage, and recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and automate data flows.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for assisting non‑technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS operating systems troubleshooting.
• Network configuration and basic networking concepts.
• ERP system administration (experience with Synergix is a plus).
• WooCommerce and WordPress site maintenance.
• IT security practices and cybersecurity awareness.
• Data backup, storage, and recovery procedures.
• Google Drive administration.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and vendor management.
