IT System Administrator

About the role

Love, Bonito is seeking a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks across corporate and retail locations. The role requires rapid problem‑solving, strong communication with interdisciplinary teams, and a focus on keeping the technology infrastructure smooth and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and maintain software and hardware across corporate and retail sites.
• Manage network servers, cloud systems and technology tools to ensure stability and security.
• Oversee user account lifecycle, workstations and access controls.
• Support and manage the POS system, providing L1 support and coordinating with L2 vendors.
• Procure IT infrastructure for new stores, partner with vendors, and manage delivery schedules.
• Lead POS‑related IT projects, including rollouts, integrations and testing.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and respond to outages.
• Implement device policies, firewalls and backup strategies to ensure security.
• Maintain accurate records of IT and retail assets via asset‑management tools.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs and IT policies, and explore automation opportunities.

Required skills

• IT asset management, MDM, Active Directory and network security.
• Hands‑on experience with POS systems and vendor coordination.
• System security knowledge (intrusion detection, endpoint protection, backup/recovery).
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Experience managing retail store IT infrastructure and Unify management.
• Familiarity with inventory or asset‑management tools.
