Itinerary Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Itinerary Assistant to join our travel‑focused team in Singapore. In this hybrid, full‑time position you will help clients and internal stakeholders plan and execute seamless trips, from flights to meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update detailed travel itineraries, schedules and trip arrangements.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, ground transport, meetings and events.
• Communicate itinerary changes and travel information to clients and stakeholders.
• Handle travel documentation, confirmations and booking records.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies and other service providers.
• Monitor travel schedules, proactively managing delays or conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, travel plans and expenses.
• Support administrative tasks related to travel coordination before, during and after trips.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in travel coordination, itinerary planning or customer‑service roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with online booking platforms.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems, reservation platforms and itinerary management tools.
