About the role
We are looking for a Junior Design Coordinator to join our high‑end architectural visualisation and property marketing team. The role blends client interaction, project coordination and hands‑on design support within a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise directly with clients and manage day‑to‑day communication.
- Attend on‑site meetings and capture meeting minutes and project reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
- Support the design process by providing creative input.
- Review architectural drawings and align project requirements.
Required profile
- Singapore local applicants only (no work‑pass quota).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Background in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Ability to read architectural drawings.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
