Junior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join Mavericks Consulting in Singapore. You will work in an Agile environment, building end‑to‑end web and mobile solutions that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Empathise with stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions.
• Champion Agile and software engineering best practices such as TDD and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Maintain a proactive, positive attitude and support team learning.
• Provide feedback and take ownership of product quality.

Required profile

• Experience in both backend and frontend development (web, mobile, cloud).
• Strong grasp of at least one programming language and paradigm (OOP or FP).
• Hands‑on experience with multiple tech stacks (e.g., Typescript, React, Node, Java, Go).
• Background in high‑performance Agile teams using Kanban/Scrum and TDD.
• Familiarity with clean‑code practices, test automation and micro‑services architecture.
