Junior IT Project Manager (Application Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to lead application development projects across Singapore. You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions that support operational efficiency and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver system‑related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and translate them into solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to evaluate solutions against business and technical needs.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources and quality standards.
• Identify, assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, record minutes and track action items.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are satisfied.
• Support system operations and assist the Head of Projects and Systems in maintaining stable applications.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Computer‑related studies or Information Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience managing application development projects.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain is preferred.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality results on time.
• High level of integrity, accountability and teamwork attitude.
• Initiative, adaptability and willingness to learn insurance systems.
