Junior Legal Executive – Admin Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admin Support / Junior Legal Executive to assist our legal team with conveyancing and general clerical duties. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop legal administrative skills while working in a fast‑moving environment. Key responsibilities

• Perform secretarial and clerical tasks related to conveyancing work, including document preparation and filing.
• Maintain and organise files, records and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
• Provide general secretarial assistance to the legal team, such as scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
• Support day‑to‑day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
• Assist with data entry and updating client information in internal systems.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; candidates with conveyancing exposure are a plus.
• Strong communication abilities and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
