Junior Project Manager – Associate Program Manager

About the role

Vertis is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. This on‑site role in Singapore offers fresh graduates and early‑career professionals the chance to work closely with senior managers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to meet milestones.
• Communicate objectives, requirements, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget, flagging risks and issues early.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and make decisions.
• Document project requirements, decisions, and changes using standard templates.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management.
• Identify risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of business analyst or related experience.
• Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to participate in training, mentoring, and certification programmes.
