Junior Project Manager – VIE (Internship)

About the role

Crédit Agricole CIB Singapore is recruiting a Junior Project Manager for a 12-month VIE (internship) starting 1 January 2027. The role strengthens the COO Office's project management capacity so that it can contribute to ISAP's transformation agenda, especially the change management program around AI deployment. It also involves building management and monitoring tools and performance indicators aligned with Crédit Agricole CIB IT's Medium-Term Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Keep projects aligned with business goals in ISAP transformation initiatives
• Track project progress against validated milestones and deliverables
• Review documentation for project creation, development and implementation
• Build indicators and illustrative graphs
• Follow up budget allocations and reporting to management
• Analyse data to support preliminary analyses discussed with stakeholders
• Calculate project return on investment
• Create reports for senior managers and stakeholders
• Write, review and update procedures reflecting workflow changes
• Comply with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including the Singapore Compliance manual and financial crime prevention obligations
• Complete all mandatory training to stay competent in the role

Required profile

• Under 28 years old
• Master's degree from a university, business school or engineering school
• EU citizenship
• 0 to 2 years of experience, preferably first experience in finance-sector project management in an IT environment
