Junior Quantity Surveyor – Entry Level

About the role

The company is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support its construction projects. This entry‑level position involves assisting with quantity take‑offs, preparing quotations, and handling project documentation. The role is based in Woodlands, Singapore, and offers a full‑time permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs from engineering and architectural drawings and assist with quotation preparation.
• Consolidate completed installation works across project sites and prepare progress claims for submission to main contractors.
• Assist with preparation and follow‑up of variation orders and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate installation schedules for HDB Home Improvement Programme projects according to the main contractor’s master schedule.
• Apply for fire‑door labels with certification bodies and manage their issuance and distribution.
• Prepare and submit applications for approved door products under HDB material‑listing requirements.
• Maintain accurate project, claim and submission records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Building or a related discipline.
• Up to one year of relevant Quantity Surveying experience (candidates without prior experience may also be considered).
• Familiarity with architectural trades, HDB projects or HIP projects is advantageous.
• Able to read basic engineering or architectural drawings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
