Junior Recruiter

About the role

This Junior Recruiter role offers exposure across recruitment, business development, and account management. You will build strong client relationships while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the talent and hiring landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
• Work closely with clients to understand team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations.
• Source and connect with suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, career goals, and role fit.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships through market outreach and referrals.
• Share market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the internal system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
