Junior Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to support our client’s executive search and talent acquisition initiatives. This entry‑level position offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and the chance to develop strong client and candidate relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to capture team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess experience, career goals, and role fit.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to build lasting relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and support market outreach initiatives.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability.
• Keep recruitment activity records accurate and up‑to‑date in internal systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
