Junior Secretary to Chief Financial Director (Full-Time/Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Secretary to provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Chief Financial Director of Network Express Courier Services. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent school leaver who wants to develop professional office skills in a fast‑growing logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CFD’s daily calendar, schedule meetings, conference calls and send reminders.
• Coordinate meeting logistics including venue, equipment, refreshments and required documents.
• Draft, format and edit correspondence, reports and presentations using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Manage confidential documents with discretion and organise both digital and physical filing systems.
• Track delegated tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting materials and follow up on post‑meeting action items.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the CFD’s office, handling calls, emails and messages professionally.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; fresh school leavers are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
• Proactive, attentive and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
