Junior Service Desk Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team in Singapore. You will provide first‑line support to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop environments and related services. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for troubleshooting and a background in healthcare IT.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 IT support via phone, email, or chat.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, printers, and basic network connectivity.
• Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Support remote users and assist with Office 365 administration.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher‑level support teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Service Desk or IT Support experience.
• Experience in the Healthcare/Hospital domain is mandatory.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
