Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Banking Operations & Technology

About the role

A global bank in Singapore is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter on a 1-year agency contract. The role supports the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations, giving broad exposure to in-house recruitment in a large, fast-paced organisation. It suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are outgoing, proactive and eager to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.
• Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and keep timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Build a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.
• Develop capability in interviewing, stakeholder management and talent advisory.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates moving from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome.
• Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.
• Confident, personable and effective communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, quick to learn and able to manage multiple priorities.
