Key Account Manager – Biopharma

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Biopharma will drive revenue growth across Singapore by managing the full sales cycle for a portfolio of biopharma customers. You will acquire new accounts and expand existing relationships through consultative selling, product presentations and regular territory visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers while deepening business with existing accounts.
• Deliver tailored solutions in partnership with Account Managers, Product Specialists and Customer Care.
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the C4C CRM system.
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with commercial targets.
• Monitor sales performance, margins and quality issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide regular forecasts and reports to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• BA/BSc or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in complex B2B sales with a consultative, solution‑based approach.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the C4C CRM platform.
