Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation team across Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute recipes, including slicing, chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
• Cook hot meals using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling techniques.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling and rotation.
• Contribute to daily, holiday, and themed menus in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Supervise a team to keep kitchen and service areas clean and tidy.
• Handle customer complaints, implement suggestions, and refer complex issues to management.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory, and staffing within budget.

Required profile

• Experience cooking North Indian cuisine.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
