Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily food preparation and ensure high standards of quality and hygiene across our island‑wide operations in Singapore. The role involves managing inventory, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Order supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Verify and endorse incoming products and raw materials.
• Assist in designing and preparing food and drink menus.
• Produce high‑quality plated dishes with attention to presentation and taste.
• Prepare, wash, peel, chop and cut all food ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, tools and ensure housekeeping standards.
• Maintain clean and hygienic food preparation areas, complying with sanitation regulations.
• Monitor portion control to meet requests and minimise waste.
• Resolve issues promptly and manage any problematic situations.
• Work split shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Willingness to work split, night and weekend shifts.
• Positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
• Ability to handle extra hours and overtime when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
