Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation team at Just Eat Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety and efficient service across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook hot meals using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling techniques.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls and food safety standards.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday and themed menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage areas and workstations.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budget.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement improvement suggestions.
• Supervise and train a team to keep the kitchen and service areas tidy and compliant with health regulations.
• Create new menu items and adapt existing recipes, including North Indian cuisine.

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Ability to work shifts and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
