Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

The Kitchen Supervisor will lead the food preparation team across our island‑wide outlets, ensuring high‑quality meals, strict food safety standards, and smooth daily operations. This full‑time position reports to the senior supervisor and collaborates closely with chefs and service staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
• Cook hot dishes by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling, and assemble cold items.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling, rotation, and storage.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday, and themed menus in partnership with the supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, work areas, and dishwashing stations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve simple complaints, and escalate complex issues.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory, and staffing within budget limits.
• Supervise shift teams, enforce health and safety regulations, and oversee staff scheduling.

Required profile

• Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with north Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
