Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our island‑wide culinary team in Singapore. You will oversee daily food preparation, ensure high standards of hygiene, and support menu innovation across all our outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling, rotation and storage.
• Collaborate with the senior chef to develop daily, holiday and themed menus, including new North Indian dishes.
• Supervise a team, ensuring cleanliness of work areas, equipment and adherence to health‑safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement service improvements.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budget limits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or catering environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle high‑volume kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
• Familiarity with North Indian cuisine and menu development.
