Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our island‑wide operations in Singapore. You will oversee food preparation, ensure high standards of safety and hygiene, and support the creation of daily and themed menus, especially for North Indian cuisine.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, chopping, mixing and seasoning.
• Cook hot meals by grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling, and assemble cold dishes.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls and food safety records.
• Develop and refine menu items, contributing to daily, holiday and themed menus.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and workstations; follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement improvement suggestions.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budget.
• Supervise a team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and shift coverage.

Required profile

• Experience cooking North Indian dishes.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
• Strong supervisory skills and a focus on maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills for handling customer feedback and team coordination.
