Laboratory Technician – Contract (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our beverage concentrate manufacturing plant in Tuas, Singapore. The role involves evaluating the conformity of ingredients, work‑in‑process and finished beverage bases to company specifications, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical‑chemical, microbiological and sensory tests on ingredients, intermediates and finished products.
• Complete approval and release procedures for ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods, recording quality data in SAP.
• Verify that all required documentation (Certificates of Analysis, pre‑shipment approvals, etc.) is available before product release.
• Sample materials on‑site and at external storage locations as required.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical equipment.
• Conduct laboratory studies such as process capability, control charting, method validation and out‑of‑specification analysis.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
• Experience in a laboratory environment following GLP/GMP.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon/night).
