Lancôme Store Coach – Field Coach

About the role

The Lancôme Store Coach acts as a brand ambassador, driving sales and elevating the customer experience across assigned retail locations. You will coach Beauty Advisors, ensure product knowledge, and lead in‑store events to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and beauty tech consultation skills.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, give feedback, and tailor learning plans.
• Facilitate group training sessions for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Monitor beauty advisor performance using brand apps and tech devices, tracking conversion rates and NPS.
• Partner with retail managers to set and track sales goals, analyze performance, and implement growth strategies.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders to execute successful events and promotions.
• Plan, staff, and manage in‑store events, handling logistics, merchandising, and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching activities, sales data, and event results; prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetic sales, retail coaching, or related training roles.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with retail partners.
