Lead, Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, people‑first, and commercially driven Team Lead, Account Management to guide, coach, and inspire our account management team. In this role you will lead a dedicated team focused on nurturing, scaling, and championing our restaurant partners across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear KPIs such as portfolio GMV, revenue growth and partner retention.
• Build authentic, long‑term relationships with restaurant owners and F&B group directors, acting as the voice of partners internally.
• Drive commercial strategy through Joint Business Plans, data‑led menu and marketing optimisations, and win‑win promotional campaigns.
• Standardise AM workflows, SOPs and reporting to free up time for strategic partner touchpoints.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of commercial account management, business development or merchant partnership experience, preferably in food delivery or e‑commerce.
• Genuine passion for food and hospitality, with strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership mindset with a track record of coaching teams and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Analytical and commercial acumen, comfortable working with data to uncover growth opportunities.
