Lead Analyst – Investigations & Litigation (Legal Ops & Data Analytics)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst to join its Global Investigations & Government Litigation team. The role blends technology, data analytics, and investigative support to drive operational excellence across legal and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital solutions, including Microsoft 365 applications and workflows, for the Global Investigations & Government Litigation team.
• Integrate data from multiple systems via APIs and create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business insights and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Information Security and Technology partners to ensure solutions meet governance, privacy and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide investigative support such as open‑source research, data analytics, forensic review and information gathering for government inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, Data Analytics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the Power Platform.
• Hands‑on experience with eDiscovery tools (e.g., Relativity) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders and understand information security and data‑privacy requirements.
