Lead, CRM MarTech

About the role

We are searching for a highly motivated and technically strong CRM specialist to join our CRM MarTech team. The role focuses on the technical side of CRM execution, building, debugging, and improving CRM communications across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows in Braze, using Liquid logic, dynamic content, and scalable setups.
• Act as the primary technical user of Braze, supporting the wider CRM team with new features, testing, and platform optimisation.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure reliable data feeds, integrations, and event tracking for CRM communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues such as Liquid errors, API failures, and data inconsistencies, maintaining high accuracy and reliability.
• Support experimentation by setting up campaigns for testing and identifying workflow inefficiencies for automation.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of CRM MarTech specialists, defining technical standards and QA processes.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in CRM, MarTech, or a similar technical marketing role, preferably in a fast‑paced B2C environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Braze is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Liquid (or similar templating languages) and ability to implement complex personalisation logic.
• Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and familiar with REST/JSON APIs.
• Data‑driven mindset with understanding of growth metrics such as conversion uplift, ROI, CAC and LTV.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring and developing a technical marketing team.
