Lead Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Developer to drive the design, implementation and delivery of modern full‑stack applications. You will shape the technical direction, ensure high performance and security, and mentor a growing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑stack software development, covering architecture design, front‑end and back‑end implementation, testing and deployment.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Design and implement robust back‑end services with Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), Node.js, Java and SQL databases.
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end components with internal data sources and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Maintain cross‑platform compatibility, security, scalability and reliability of all solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers and engineering peers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor team members, promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest or experience in the maritime sector is a plus.
