Lead Educator – Mathematics & Science

About the role

TLS Tutorials is looking for a passionate Lead Educator to drive high‑impact mathematics and science tutoring for primary and secondary students. You will blend teaching, mentorship, and curriculum design in a fast‑growing, student‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver small‑group lessons (1 educator : 4 students) with personalized lesson plans.
• Mentor junior educators and provide coaching beyond content delivery.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine curriculum materials aligned with MOE/PSLE/O‑Level standards.
• Integrate technology and data tools into teaching practices.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and contribute to innovative learning strategies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of teaching or professional tutoring experience.
• Diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, Science or related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Proven success improving outcomes for average and weaker students.
• Strong alignment with MOE/PSLE/O‑Level marking logic and curriculum.
• Resilient, driven and eager to make a meaningful impact.
