Lead Finance Analyst

About the role

The Lead Finance Analyst will own Singapore financial planning, performance reporting and commercial business partnering. You will provide clear visibility of market performance, support decision‑making and deliver high‑quality inputs for regional reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Singapore market financial planning, translate business plans into market P&L and manage forecasts, risk and opportunities.
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports, variance analysis and rolling forecasts to market leadership.
• Partner with Commercial and functional teams to provide financial insights that influence business decisions.
• Conduct financial evaluations of business cases, challenge assumptions and strengthen plans.
• Monitor non‑people operating expenses, analyse cost drivers and ensure transparency.
• Champion financial compliance, adhere to closing timelines and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with SEA Finance Manager and other stakeholders to meet planning and reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading financial planning and forecasting for a market or business unit.
• Strong analytical ability to produce accurate performance reports and insightful variance analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to partner with commercial teams and influence decision‑making.
• Experience managing non‑people cost structures and ensuring financial compliance.
