Lead Frontend Engineer – KYC Technology

About the role

Binance is looking for a Staff/Principal Frontend Engineer to lead its KYC Technology team. You will shape cutting‑edge user experiences for identity verification and compliance automation while mentoring a high‑performing frontend group.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of new frontend technologies, standardising best practices across the team.
• Optimise the technical stack for performance, security, stability and scalability.
• Write client‑side code for fast, responsive web applications on desktop, mobile browsers and hybrid in‑app pages.
• Participate in design discussions, roadmap planning and review of frontend architectures across squads.
• Build reusable libraries and frameworks that accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Coach, mentor and grow team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 + years of professional frontend development experience.
