Lead Logistic Coordinator

About the role

The Lead Logistic Coordinator will plan and execute supply‑chain and logistics activities that support the delivery of large‑scale offshore and onshore energy projects. Based in Singapore, you will ensure safe, compliant and efficient movement of materials and equipment across global operations, aligning logistics with project schedules and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned shipments, oversee customs clearance processes and prioritize deliveries to meet project milestones.
• Review transport plans, packing specifications and shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, vendors and logistics service providers to secure timely material availability.
• Monitor transport risks, route constraints and customs exceptions, and support resolution of any issues that arise.
• Maintain material control, inventory records and data quality, providing regular status updates to engineering, construction and finance functions.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and continuous improvement within the logistics and supply‑chain workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply‑chain management within EPC or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of international customs regulations, freight forwarding and material handling.
• Ability to work independently, apply professional judgement and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation and efficiency.
