About the role

Join Selby Jennings, a leading talent partner in financial services, as a Lead Recruiter focused on Global Markets. Based in Singapore, you will work with top-tier investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and fintech firms to source and place high‑performing front‑office talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across Global Markets, Investment Banking, and related front‑office functions.
• Identify, headhunt, and engage mid‑senior to senior professionals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Own the full recruitment cycle—from initial contact and interviews to offer negotiation and post‑placement support.
• Leverage best‑in‑class technology and data tools to map markets, track hiring trends, and enhance outreach efficiency.

Required profile

• Relevant recruitment experience (financial services background not mandatory) with a proven track record of activity‑driven success.
• Ambitious mindset aiming to build a high‑value desk and grow quickly.
