Lead Retail & Consumer Analytics for Southeast Asia & India

About the role

You will be a key member of Nike's Southeast Asia & India Analytics team, delivering quantitative insights across Nike Digital, stores and wholesale partners to drive revenue and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, correlations and actionable insights using statistical and advanced analytics techniques.
• Define and monitor KPIs, perform root‑cause analysis and apply causal inference to optimize marketplace, marketing, product and operational strategies.
• Partner with Marketplace, Strategy, Finance and cross‑functional teams to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring insights are interpreted and applied effectively.

Required profile

• Advanced quantitative degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, applied data science or economics, preferably in retail or direct‑to‑consumer environments.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking skills with high attention to detail.
