About the role

As the Sales & Performance Lead in foodpanda's QC team, you will be the operational engine that turns strategy into action. You will drive cross‑functional projects, align execution across departments, and provide the data‑driven narrative that guides senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross‑functional strategic projects, ensuring risks are mitigated and milestones are met.
• Act as the organizational glue, aligning teams and resolving misalignments for seamless execution.
• Own the single source of truth for business performance, monitoring 360‑degree metrics and crafting executive narratives for the QC GM, MD and regional stakeholders.
• Define and own the target‑setting process for the entire QC team, ensuring goals are ambitious, realistic and strategically aligned.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment such as consulting, tech or corporate strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking and business judgment with the ability to structure complex problems.
• Excellent execution discipline; a proven “finisher” who delivers projects on time and with rigor.
• Data‑driven decision making, using deep‑dive analysis to uncover insights and guide senior leadership.
• Exceptional cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
