About the role
Join Shopee’s Regional Learning & Development team as a Learning & Development Intern. You will support the creation and delivery of global L&D programmes that reach thousands of employees and leaders, gaining hands‑on experience in training coordination and content design.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end coordination of L&D programmes and events, covering pre‑training, live delivery, and post‑training activities.
- Assist in designing learning materials such as case studies, slide decks, visuals, and e‑learning modules.
- Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Learning Portal and LMS, including enrolments, attendance tracking, and content updates.
- Craft newsletters and maintain communication channels with programme participants.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and learning analytics.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication, project‑management and interpersonal abilities.
- Fast learner with a proactive, detail‑oriented and adaptable mindset.
- Independent yet collaborative team player with a can‑do attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
- Familiarity with e‑learning tools like Articulate Rise and Learning Management Systems.
