Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead total‑reward strategy across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Regional C&B Director, you will design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage compensation and benefits programs in APAC markets, focusing on emerging markets and Oceania, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews, analyses and budgeting of rewards programs, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with market HR teams and business leaders to identify risks, develop improvement plans and support remuneration decisions for leadership and high‑remuneration hires.
• Provide comprehensive support for employee benefits, including retirement, medical, life, accident and travel insurance, in collaboration with the Group C&B team.
• Participate in market surveys and benchmarking activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Advise on international mobility packages, taxation and social security considerations.
• Lead regional C&B projects and initiatives to strengthen processes and policies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management within the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations and social security systems.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence total‑reward strategy.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
