Leasing Manager

About the role

The Leasing Manager will oversee all leasing administration activities for a portfolio of retail and F&B spaces. This role involves preparing tenancy documents, managing marketing initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tenancy documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in lease marketing, conduct property viewings, and perform market research to identify new segments.
• Cold‑call and engage prospects for space leasing.
• Manage licensing of lightbox spaces, including agreements and coordination with tenants and third parties.
• Track lease renewals and coordinate renewal processes.
• Support handover of units, tenant management issues, and liaison on tenancy matters.
• Maintain tenant accounts, ensure good tenant‑landlord relationships, and prepare periodic asset performance reports.
• Assist in rental revenue budgeting and collaborate with Finance on tenant billing.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with tenants and manage advertising in media.
• Handle yacht berthing activities at The Clifford Pier and events at The Fullerton Precincts.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant leasing or property management experience.
• Knowledge of the retail merchandise and F&B leasing market.
• Creative, innovative, and performance‑oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent human‑relations skills.
